My Advice
A sweet, funny short film script I wrote for a family-friendly screenplay contest. I would like to pull together funds for an independent production, as I've received many positive reactions from the story.
Synopsis: Ninth grader Marcus Sullivan has more relatives than he can count. Everyone has advice for him—but too often it’s not the right fit. When Marcus makes a choice that threatens to ruin a friendship, he must decide whose advice is truly worth listening to.
WINNER: 1st place, Screenplay competition, West Virginia Writers Annual Writing Contest, 2015
FINALIST: Search for America's Newest Comedy Writer
